If you have halogen downlights, you are unnecessarily wasting money every day.
Halogen downlights use inefficient and outdated lighting technology, which costs more to run every time you turn the light on. That’s why thousands of Australians are replacing them with energy efficient LEDs.
The Victorian Government recognise the energy savings of LED and are providing incentives to replace your existing halogen downlights with LEDs.
On average, each halogen downlight costs $25 in electricity to run each year. In comparison, an LED costs only $3 in electricity per year to run. That’s more than an 85% electricity saving.
It also means that a home with 25 downlights will save over $500 per year on its electricity bill just by making this one globe change. On average, our LED globes will last over 16 years.

The free LED downlight upgrade offer is provided as part of the Victorian Government’s Energy Saver Incentive. It’s available to Victorian residents with homes that have existing halogen downlights.
The Free LED downlights are not dimmable. We can provide subsidised dimmable LEDs for an additional charge.
A surcharge applies for ceiling heights above 3.2 metres. Homes with fewer than 5 LED downlights attract a $30 call out fee. Homes outside suburban coverage areas may attract a $88 coverage fee. Call us to check if your home is covered.
